Sunday, May 3rd is our Annual Open House at the Northwestern Water & Sewer District facility.
We are located at 12560 Middleton Pike in Bowling Green. The Open House happens from 1:00pm to 4:00pm that day! It should be a nice event for our customers and employees, as well as their family and friends. In fact the Open House is open to all in our region!
Why do we do this?
We do this each year in an effort to showcase our employees and equipment to those customers and family members who are so much a part of our everyday business.
All of us at Northwestern work hard to provide quality services. We are part of your community.
Just like you, we are families, friends, and folks in the neighborhood, and we want to welcome you all to show you who we are and what we do!
This year we will have free food, live demonstrations, a water and sewer competition, as well as a show of military equipment, courtesy of one of our board members.
There will be many activities for the kids, such as bounce houses, a fishing derby, and smoothies made by Mr. Melon.
As always there will be an opportunity for customers to ask questions of our senior staff and board members.
And a big topic this year is on the efforts focused on cleaning up Lake Erie. We are proud to announce that Congressman Robert Latta, House Representative Tim Brown, and State Senator Randy Gardner will be at our Open House speaking at 1:30pm on recent legislation to clean up Lake Erie.
I sincerely hope you will join us, and further, if you plan to attend, I ask you to please contact Leanne O’Brien at 419-354-9090 extension 196 so we can make sure to have plenty of food and seating available during the day.
