Jerry Greiner is President of Northwestern Water and Sewer District, a regional water and sewer district in Wood County, Ohio.

The District is chartered under section 6119 of the Ohio Revised Code, and is an agency of the Ohio state government.  The District provides water and sanitary sewer services to approximately 17,000 customers in the region, and it has roughly 65 full time employees. The organization represents 20 member townships, 12 municipalities, and the utility responsibility of the Wood County Commissioners. It was formed in 1994 when the county transferred the sanitary engineer’s office and formed the regional water and sewer district.

Prior to coming into county government in 1988, Jerry was a vice-president for a regional bank in the area managing 4 offices totaling $50 million in assets with 100 employees.
